Course acknowledgment is completed inside the official registration form, and the RSO Master Waiver is signed electronically after registration.
Some information sessions are free and do not require a waiver — those are clearly labeled.
New York — 16 + 2 Concealed Carry (NYS)
Includes eligibility, hold harmless, safety rules, and a live-fire clause aligned with
New York State’s 16+2 concealed carry training requirements.
NRA Basic Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW)
Concealed-carry focused training waiver including eligibility, hold harmless, safety rules,
and live-fire provisions in accordance with NRA curriculum standards.
Licensing Note:
Some states accept NRA firearms training toward their licensing requirements.
Acceptance varies by state and issuing authority.
Connecticut — DESPP Firearms Training
Meets DESPP requirements; includes eligibility, hold harmless, safety rules, and live-fire clause.
Utah — Concealed Firearm Permit (CFP)
Utah BCI firearms familiarity course acknowledgment covering course requirements,
eligibility information, attendance, payment requirements, and RSO policies.
Utah does not currently require live-fire shooting for permit certification.
Important:
This Utah document is a course-specific acknowledgment. After registration,
students will receive the secure link to electronically sign the required RSO Master Waiver.
New Jersey — CCW Qualification
Waiver covers NJ standards, safety, and use-of-force references; includes live-fire clause.
Maryland — Wear & Carry Training
Covers Maryland Wear & Carry course participation, hold harmless terms, eligibility, and safety requirements.
Multi-State CCW Add-On
Supplemental waiver covering additional jurisdictions when added to your primary course. Incorporates primary waiver terms plus multi-state assumptions of risk.
NRA Basic Pistol
Foundational pistol waiver; includes eligibility, hold harmless, safety rules, and live-fire clause.
Women’s NYS 16 + 2 Concealed Carry (Women Only)
Women-only New York State concealed carry licensing course. Includes the same eligibility,
safety, and live-fire requirements as the standard NYS 16+2 class.
Private 1-on-1 & Group Training
Custom sessions for individuals and groups; waiver covers eligibility, hold harmless, safety rules, and live-fire clause.
Church Security Info Session
A faith-based discussion that addresses common concerns Christians have about firearms and self-defense — guided by biblical truth.
Ideal for church leaders, security volunteers, and congregants seeking clarity — no pressure, just understanding.
FREE — No Waiver Required. Classroom discussion only (no live-fire component).
